9/. Theres many rental bikes but remember if you have an accident or lose the bike you must pay?? Keep it locked all the time and preferably use your own lock?

10/. Don't lend money -- if the person asking does not have now then he will certainly not be able to pay you back no matter what he promises.

11/. Buying your car make sure you have 1yr visa. DO NOT put in your girlfriend's name unless you wish to give it to her.
